Product Nature

All By Hissa pieces are custom made upon request and are not ready to wear, unless the item is clearly stated as ready for delivery in the product description below the item. Each order is executed based on the displayed design and the size selected by the client.

Return Policy

Returns or refunds are not accepted for any item that has been custom made or produced upon request. This policy applies to all designs without exception.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not available once production has begun. Size, colour or design changes are not permitted after the order has been confirmed and production has started.

Sizing

The client is fully responsible for selecting the correct size. Custom measurements, height details or additional notes may be added in the notes box during checkout. We provide clear size charts and guidelines to assist clients before ordering. Any error in size selection is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

Images and Colours

We strive to display product images in the highest possible quality. Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting or screen settings, and are not considered defects.

Defects

In the event of a clear and verifiable manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of the defect. Upon verification, the item will be repaired or re-made at our discretion. This does not include size differences resulting from the client's selection, minor colour variations, or personal expectations not specified at the time of order.

Confirmed Orders

An order is considered confirmed and final once payment has been completed. Payment indicates the client's full acceptance of the sales policy, production timeline, and return and exchange policy.

Production and Delivery Time

Production timelines are set separately for each collection and are stated in the product description below each item. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping or seasonal demand, are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund.

طبيعة المنتجات

جميع قطع By Hissa تفصيل خاص حسب الطلب وليست جاهزة، ما لم يُذكر أن القطعة جاهزة للتوصيل في صندوق الوصف أسفل المنتج. يتم تنفيذ كل طلب بناءً على اختيار العميل للصورة المعروضة والمقاس.

سياسة الاسترجاع

لا يمكن استرجاع أو استرداد المبلغ لأي قطعة تم تفصيلها أو تنفيذها حسب الطلب، ويشمل ذلك جميع الموديلات دون استثناء.

سياسة الاستبدال

لا يتوفر الاستبدال بعد بدء تنفيذ الطلب. ولا يمكن تغيير المقاس أو اللون أو التصميم بعد تأكيد الطلب وبدء التنفيذ.

المقاسات

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اختيار المقاس الصحيح، مع إمكانية كتابة القياسات الخاصة أو الطول وإضافة الملاحظات في صندوق الملاحظات أثناء الطلب. نوفر جداول مقاسات وإرشادات واضحة لمساعدة العميل قبل الطلب، وأي خطأ في اختيار المقاس لا يُعد سبباً مقبولاً للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

الصور والألوان

نحرص على عرض الصور بأعلى جودة ممكنة. وقد تختلف درجات الألوان اختلافاً بسيطاً بسبب الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة، ولا يُعتبر ذلك عيباً في المنتج.

العيوب

في حال وجود عيب تصنيع واضح ومثبت، يجب إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرفاق صور واضحة للعيب. وبعد التحقق يتم إصلاح القطعة أو إعادة تنفيذها حسب تقديرنا. ولا يشمل ذلك اختلاف المقاس الناتج عن اختيار العميل، أو الاختلاف البسيط في اللون، أو التوقعات الشخصية غير المذكورة في الطلب.

الطلبات المؤكدة

يُعتبر الطلب مؤكداً ونهائياً بعد الدفع، والدفع يعني موافقة العميل الكاملة على سياسة البيع ومدة التنفيذ وسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

مدة التنفيذ والتوصيل

تُحدد مدة التنفيذ لكل مجموعة بشكل منفصل، وتُذكر في صندوق الوصف أسفل كل منتج. والتأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل الشحن أو المواسم لا يُعد سبباً للإلغاء أو الاسترجاع.
